Called today to have a few vehicles removed and full coverage added. I spoke with Jennifer Garcia. She was very polite. You could tell that she was handling more than one customer and she handled everything very professionally. There was an issue with adding the car and the system so she had to Make a few calls and get back to me and she did very promptly. She left a voicemail and then repeated to call me back very amazing. Shit what I wanted to achieve today and got my policy upgraded the vehicles removed I didn’t need and everything handled in a very, very timely manner. If you’re looking to go with insurance, I would recommend them very highly. I’ve had lots of other insurance companies, farmers progressive you name it this company seems to be very people orientated or at least Mrs Garc
