⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Freeland Insurance, LLC is fantastic! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients. They made the insurance process simple and stress-free, taking the time to explain all my options and help me choose the best coverage. Their friendly service, attention to detail, and prompt communication made me feel confident and supported every step of the way.

If I could leave zero stars I would! We had a commercial policy for almost 1 1/2 years. The first year was great but the second year was terrible. We got a new truck and called the same day to get it added. We thought it was added but come to find out it never was!! And the only reason we found out was because the new truck was in an accident and when we tried to run through our insurance we were told that vehicle was not covered because it was not added. Here we are almost 2 months out and still no word! All we are being told from the agent is “everything has to be sent through email we are not allowed to call the insurance carrier. We have a business to run but kinda hard to do when the vehicle is down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
