Their list of dental providers in network is a complete lie, none of them will see you as a freedom member, or liberty witch is who freedom uses to handle your dental coverage, in short there’s no dental coverage it’s a blatant lie.

Horrible, confusing, for some strange reason EVERY doctors office/ dentist/ hospital seems to want the disabled patients to make all the appointments, set up transportation, do their own home healthcare (I know I'm no nurse) System Is no user friendly. Set up by people who understand what they are doing NOT for us patients who do not

Very lazy call representatives.. When you call they stay silent and try to get you to hang up. So it doesn't go against them.. i just put my phone on mute and let the time go🤣😂

Their OTC vender substitutes cheaper products (generic) when you ordered and paid four times as much for brand name and they keep the money$! Complaints to Freedom about it just ignored. I was literally abducted, physically abused, tied up, and psychologically traumatized for four days and Freedom denied every request for the intensive in patient trauma therapy that I needed. Left me bedridden in fight/flight/freeze mode having flashbacks for three months with no care whatsoever. They kept referring me to drug rehab facilities! You can’t get a Case Manager to save your life!

The plans sound very impressive, until you actually sign on with them. My OTC order has taken over a month th & I still haven't received it. I called them for the third time today, and got the same answer, that the order hadn't been picked up by FedEx yet. Has anyone else had this issue? I did report a Grievance issue today, with hopes that this will help resolve the issue.
