Fred Loya Insurance

Its insurance, nobody likes it. The atmosphere is pretty bland and the 2 women that I've seen working there seem kind of depressed. On the bright side my rates have gone down over $100 and they don't kill my pocket like other insurance companies do. They're not perfect but i appreciate them.

Been with this company for a long time. The little girl at the front desk obviously doesn't know what she is doing. She DOESN'T LISTEN, SHE HEARS WHAT SHE WANTS. THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO KEEPS THE BUSINESS DOORS OPEN.

I had Fred Loya insurance in my Youth. I always knew I wanted to come back. The staff here was exceptionally kind. And I’m happy to be back with an insurance company that I personally feel value their customers. I felt it years ago and I still believe it to be true today. The cost for full coverage insurance at Fred Loya is half of Fort. The big three offered me. They can kiss my grits #FredLoyaForLife. Lol.

Amazing customer service she gave me an amazing quote within 5 mins tops . Super sweet and helpful.

Honestly terrible way of demanding payment. They dont care about their customers unless you can pay at the oddest times of the month theyll cancel your policy. Definatly not for those who get paid once a month
