The absolute worst experience, incompetent agents with zero customer service. I walked in wanting to add to my policy and walked out canceling it after 7 years. StateFarm was just a 2 minute drive, they were so good that i purchased two insurance policies from them.

Support is available in both Spanish and English, but the customer service feels impersonal. Responses often seem obligatory rather than genuinely helpful.

Horrible service. I went there to check prices and was greeted by no one, there was only one girl working there that saw me and did not acknowledge me at all. No "hi" no "be right there with you" nothing just her dumb face looking at me and then back at her computer. She had a customer but you could still acknowledge someone... anyways, the place looks like they will take your money and disappear tomorrow... they say a pic is worth a thousand words, so here it is...
