What they do should be illegal. They are the worst insurance! We had to file a claim against through the state department of insurance because they are completely incompetent. We've been going through an insurance claim for 3months!!! Always been switched to different adjusters, they "lose paper work", they send checks to wrong addresses, they claim your car is "abandoned" when you're literally in the middle of a claim?!! No one at that company knows what they're doing, we've talked to dozens of different people on one claim. Gloria Mata, Sabrina Ramos either aren't real people or never answer their phone. I was with these guys for 4 years but when I got hit by a Redbull truck they did nothing to help me. My truck was totaled and I got nothing paid off. Took months and they just gave me the run around. I would not recommend Fred Loya at all.
