Fred Loya Insurance

Well 🙄 If you buy a brand new car and you financed it, most, or all banks required $500 deductible on collision coverage but Fred Loya Insurance only sales policies with $2500 collision deductible making impossible for regular people to have full coverage through them.

So far no good, I needed a tow in January I have to found my own and still waiting for a reimbursement now almost June.

Poor service lazy staff no response on phone call ever and then i go to there office and office door always locked no one inside 🙁
