Was need of roadside assistance and they never provided me the number for it even though I pay extra for it! And I was not able to get in contact with the office about it so I had to pay out of pocket to get another towing company to assist me! When I was finally able to get in contact with the office to get the number for the roadside assistance they where finally able to provide it to me. Fast forward to today 11/01/2021 I needed roadside assistance and when I called the number it was no help at all I was never able to get anyone to tow my vehicle and when I came inside the office to speak about it the associate Stephanie called the roadside assistance as well and they were no help to her either! She stated she couldn’t do anything else about it since the roadside assistance was through

This insurance company has the worst adjuster ever. they never callback with new information and its always the same thing. Ezequiel Avila is no good as an employee or as an adjuster. I would not recommend the for any type of business. One of their clients wreck the back of my truck and now they want find an excuse not to approve my claim. i have been waiting for a month and no has ever given my a straight answer or called me with any information. And when i call it always goes to voicemail and they never return my calls either.
