Fred Loya Insurance

Went there on my lunch break. Lady was very nice and fast. Got out of there on time to get back to work. I gve 5 stars to her. The office smelled very clean also.

The most difficult insurance company I have ever dealt with. Would not insure without pics. This was a brand new car! Dealer was willing to send pics vin number...I've NEVER had an insurance company so difficult to deal with.. Out of desperation, we got insurance with them..but am cancelling all policies as soon as I can. Never again. I have 3 cars with them, am moving all of them.

Bad service. They claimed my vin didn't match and with zero proof said I was using my truck as a work truck. And they did y like my modified bed. For liability. Got it done in 8 mins down the street

Great customer service. Professional, helpful, well mannered, and knowledgeable. The gentleman that assisted me with my inquiry did everything right and instead of getting just a quote I am now a customer.

The guy made it very easy and he was sweet he was willing to stay later because I get out of work late.
