Fred Loya Insurance

I stepped into this office on Saturday, 2/28 at 1:30pm. The girl who started to assist me started clicking and typing on her keyboard for 10min not saying a word and then the man at the other desk came over to me and said I would need to drive to the DeSoto location an hour away and they could assist me. I asked why they couldn’t help me and I told him they close in 20 min and I wouldn’t get there in time. He said I could go there on Monday and that they don’t do claims at this location. I told him that the info he was giving me is false because I called ahead of time to the 800# and they told me I could go to any Fred Loya location and file a claim. The two associates just stared at me so I called the DeSoto location and put them on speaker phone - the manager who answered confirmed that
