Fred Loya Insurance

My local office is wonderful!! I give them 4-stars. The company, as a whole, is HORRIBLE. I had to seek legal matters in order for them to fulfill their policy. I won't go into details, but I warn you to read your policy and stick your guns. I did.

Not the best insurance rates out there as they claim on the radio commercial. I used to have this insurance years ago and at that time was very pleased with the rates. Once I added full coverage my rates shot up. Til this day still the same. Had to go with Progressive and with less coverage the rates were higher through Fred Loya

They gave me the best rate I have found. I was looking all over the internet for a month and everyone wanted outrageous rates for just state minimum liability insurance. So called up fred loya and got 3 months and road side assistance for what most wanted for just a month with no road side assistance. I am telling you we are all hurting financially right now and if you find yourself paying high price for your insurance check these people out they will work to get you the best price out there.

It's been totally awful. It has been over 3 weeks, and Fred Loya has not yet gotten a statement from the at fault driver. Even though there is a police report with the statements. However, the adjustor is still waiting for the insurance company to "assume liability"!
