Fred Loya Insurance

Was hit by a driver in July. It’s about to be Oct and they keep giving me the run around after they said they took fault for the accident. My car was my way of making money and taking care of my children needs and I haven’t been able to provide for my family. This place is going to allow me and my family of 6 to become homeless because of negligence.

Still waiting on them to pay for the rest of my car they paid half of what we agreed upon. Which was still thousands of dollars less, only bc I have gap. It’s the end of March this happened in October.

Worst Insurance company ever!!! There client hit me and that didn't want to pay the full price to fix my car.

It's an okay, they can stand to do alot better. How their facilities are immaculately clean and up kept.
