ADVICE INSURANCE IS HORRIBNLE Don’t get this insurance it’s terrible took me 5 years to changer insurance.. customer service horrible what made it for me was had a 1 mile per hour accident not even a accident well adjuster said it was my fault closed case with out advicing me or Callimg me I found out 2 months later she closed it and by bill went up … adjuster don’t call you or investigate they lied my adjuster all she said was I forgot to call you .. did a complain with the state and now there calling me back … SIMPLE ADVICE DONT GET INSURANCE

Waste of time and not only that asking for my bank account and routing number for there “personal files” because it’s policy. I’ve been with Fred Loya for years and been to many different locations and they never have asked me for that info. and I asked them why they need it when I was already gonna put my info electronically through there system. She said to compare that I am using the right information. I ended up going to a Fred Loya down the street and guess what none of that was true. None of that is required. They just charged my debit card and I got my insurance and I walked out happy. The lady that helped me at the first one she had a Covid mask on still. In case you’re wondering who it was. To the Fred Loya in palmview plz stop being shady.

Had it for a year and all of a sudden rates when up when I asked family members I referred if their rates had gone up their answer was no of course not they've only had it for 3 months wait till a year passes then they increase it
