Me and my honey kinda messed up and sent payment to wrong office, and when we went into the local office the rep. was very professional and helpful. We appreciate her time and effort she put in to adhere to our issues. I give them a 5 and I am referring them to those I know. Thanks for caring guys 👦❤

They lied to me bat the time I buy the insurance they supposed to cover any problems on my car below $1,000 then when that happened they say it's no cover also they lie to me because I want to pay my insurance on the last day and the lady tell me my insurance it's closed already and that's only 2:00 p.m. on the clock so I'm no recommend Fred Loya because they like the customers

They are so incredibly unprofessional they need to be shut down. They keep lying about what they can and can’t do the people who work here are hardcore scammers.

Don't get their insurance, they suck, don't want to pay claims they'll use every excuse, and drag claims forever.

The simplest, cheapest, no frills insurance agency out there !
