Fred Loya Insurance

Terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. I was rear-ended by their insured, and the claim process was slow and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.

They were extremely rude a lady that worked there laughed in my grandpas face when he was trying to follow up on a claim that we made. He is the owner of the car, and I am under HIS insurance. So it doesn’t make sense as to why they wouldn’t give him information, the lady that “helped” him laughed in his face and made him feel bad.

This is the best insurance I ever had.. All the other places rip you off by charging you the starting fee and then every 6 months they charge like 130 dollars to reinstate. That's not right! Fred Loya doesn't do that because they get paid the way they should so no ripping off the customers! Thanks fred Loya😁

I was there for over 30 mins they just kept asking me about names of people who USED to live in my apt. After the 15th name I was OVER it. They are slow the process is extra long for no reason when trying to just get liability. I have had State Farm and they extremely faster than Fred Loya was. I left and went to another company and was in and out in 15 minutes. They didn't ask me about 15 / 20 who I dont know just to see lives there. Better and FAST service. And the old school of taken pictures of a car just to get insurance lord. I wanted and hour of my time because I started the process over the phone. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Very bad experience, they renew the policies without your permission.
