Fred Loya Insurance

Fred Loya's roadside assistance is complete trash. They charged me 50 for a blown tire because I used them a month ago for a lock out. Despicable service. I'm cancelling my contract with this horrible insurance company!!!

While their car insurance rates may appear excellent, be sure you review everything in your policy because they will remove stuff to get you the lower rate that a lot of people don't think about however in the eventuality of an accident you will notice. Be very careful in dealing with this company they know how to make money for themselves,not you.....

If I could give no stars I would. Such an unprofessional place to have had an experience. Whoever the woman is who was working at 2pm on 02/23/24 found it appropriate to roll down her window as she drove away and yell profanities at my fiance. Simply bc he was upset she was 1. Leaving her job unattended during open hours and 2. For saying she didn’t care that my finance and 3 year old daughter were waiting in the car after driving an hour away to the closest location. She laughed at us as she got in her car as well. Honestly just a hateful woman. Anyways all of this to say we just wanted to cancel our plan and were told we had to in person. Just for this to happen and us be able to do it over the phone. Truly I recommend taking your money elsewhere. And to miss girl, I hope your attitude

Misspelled My email so I wasn’t getting my insurance cards and if I hadn’t caught it would have gotten a ticket, asked them to change me to full coverage said they would still have not . Good as long as you stay after them and there mistakes .
