Fred Loya Insurance

The reps at Fred Loya (Maricela in specific) are making sure it is almost impossible for customers to get insurance and are VERY RUDE. WILL NEVER recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE :)

Worst insurance experience if you get into accident. They never call back, seems as the client does most of the job to get car fixed, for having a $2,000 deductible.

I went there today to cancel my insurance at 1:50 but when I got there they went to lunch. They left a note saying they would be back at 2. Waited til 2 no one showed. Stayed there another 30 min and by then it was 2:30 still no body. Ended up leaving because I was in a hurry.

Been with them for years would give them 5 stars but they weren't there for me when it counted

They denied me full coverage on my 2003 crown victoria and it was not even salvage title
