National Insurance , my wife have insurance through here . The ladies in here always very friendly , bilingual and the rates are very reasonable .

Poor communication. They take your money in a quickness, but fail to ensure accurate information in on customers policies. I called a week before my payment being due and updated my bank account information, as the prior account was no longer valid. They failed to draft payment to this account and cancelled my policy for insufficient funds. They take no accountability. The gal Yadelin Ortega who updated my bank account info , ensured everything will be fine with my payment and policy. I signed a new form with new account information that same day as well.. This has become frustrating, as they fail to communicate. The office manager did nothing but say the same thing the other receptionist said.. He was no help, and definitely isn't leadership material to be a manager, when they cant even t

The manager had a very condecending attitude not only toward me but the employee writing the policy. The employee was obviously new and she was assumed responsibility of my transaction. If the manager were actually paying attention and coaching her she wouldn't have had to go back 3-4 times for what seemed liked every screen. Pretty low rates but deductibles are very high.

Granted this place has low rates for car insurance but because they are not a big company I was always worryed if I did get in an accident would They really do what. Pay them to do, granted I never had to use the insurance but still. The reason I give 3 stars is yes the price us good but the part I am not happy about is that my husband was able to go into the place, close out our coverage all without my signature and I was the insurance coverage. If it had been a worse situation and we had gotten a divorce Nd my husband wanted to screw me over he could of gotten rid of the insurance coverage and I wouldn't of known anything and kept driving the car till I got a ticket. They didn't even send me something no phone call to say hey it no longer insured. Lucky that wasn't the case and we just w

WORST INSURANCE EVER! Constant rate increase without notice, never a full month of coverage, VERY unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money. I'd give it a 0 star rating if I could. Seriously.
