Agents there nice and friendly! Wow just because on that Friday afternoon with the Pronto Insurance company closed ALL afternoon to go to the bank?? This insurance agency was open and quoted me at a great price CHEAPER THAN WHAT Pronto Insurance was going to get from me had they been open! Funny how God closes one door and OPENS up a window of opportunities!! Thank you Lord 🙏! Thank you Fred Loyal for being open and loyal to your customers BEST Service and cheap rates ALL in One!

I was looking for inexpensive, local insurance. These guys had good rates, and I found them to be super polite and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I recently dropped a vehicle off my policy, and they immediately credited my account, allowing me to "skip" a month of payments. Go Fred Loya!

The lobby is pretty spacious and the agents are extremely helpful. Being able to assist us in person and over the phone for payments. They're really fast and VERY professional. I've used different insurance companies in the past and the wait is always pretty long. Or I'm disconnected or waiting awhile to make payments or get an estimate. There hasn't been any of that with this company.

Definitely a little cheaper than other companies, but they charge you to remove a vehicle from the policy, they charge to add a vehicle, they refuse to let you make a payment at a later date, overall it's just not a good company to work with. Will definitely be switching to a different company
