One of the worst insurance companies that I have ever dealt with, I I have paid my payment on time the whole time I’ve had this insurance and when comes time for me to use the insurance, they slow walk any payments back to the customers adjusters do not answer the phone or return phone calls completely impossible to get anybody on the phone was told to check was being overnighted to me. It still has not got here and they can’t even give me a tracking number for it was told today that they would have to void the check and re-issue me a new one because they didn’t send it FedEx overnight. They sent it through the regular mail and when I try to call them, all I get is a fast busy signal guess they have blocked me. The person who hit me is insured by this insurance company, and their claims adjuster, Jose Durante, has been extremely difficult to reach. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but he either hangs up on me or doesn’t return my calls. His customer service has been terrible, and I’m struggling to get any updates on my claim.

Paying full coverage for what hours in the middle of the road no one answers I have to pay everything out of pocket after decades of paying this company only for no one to answer after 4 hours of blocking the road and causing another accident because of them and providing zero service im canceling my insurance with these guys I’ve never knew this is how they operate it’s trash for reals if you’re hear you’re probably berely figureing that out like me

My bill was due on Saturday I was thinking Sunday and for the life of me I couldn't make a payment till Monday. 😡 Terrible. Monday came the agent was so so, typical young generation attitude nothing nice.

They lied in their commercial, they will beat any price. Yeah right. Progressive was best deal.
