Fred Loya Insurance

I give it 5 stars because the Fred loya in Big Spring Texas has the best insurance agencies in the business they are always courteous and you always leave with a smile 😊

I had someone crash my truck hit and run they took 6 months to fix my truck no one wanted to work on it everyone said the same thing bad business relationship with them that they would not want to pay and then my insurance went up because I made a claim they put me also at fault because I was the victim recently I went to remove two vehicles and leave only one 03/06/26 this unprofessional lady cancelled the whole policy instead of just removing two vehicles then she said let me fix it quoted me with a new policy of a down payment of 158$ after the fact I had insurance she messed up I’ll never return!!!

This so called insurance company is the most crooked insurance company in Texas. I will the calling the Texas Insurance Commission on their practices. I just got screwed and I knew this company was crooked but because of my nice wife I went with them. So here I'm stuck with a 3k bill, brand new vehicle needs to be fully insured, not a loya

I've had Fred Loya for over 5 years. I've made my payment on time every month. During those 5 years I've never had to file a claim. I have full coverage. The one time I file a claim they denied it. This company is a huge joke. After this weekend I am definitely changing insurance companies. I would highly advise people to not insured your vehicle here.
