I would give it 0 starts if I could. • the quote they gave me on the phone was very lowballed, even tho i gave full information on the phone call: driving license and experience, make and model of car: absolutely everything possible. Looked for me like a way to make you come to their office and drop the bomb on you. •i had to do the insurance urgently, so i signed and cancelled after 1 hour, getting MUCH better quote from different company. •had on hands all the cancellation documents, BUT never got my money back. Representative said “we’ll mail you a check” (even tho i payed with cc and didn’t understand why they just cannot refund to the original payment method). No tracking number, no mailing confirmation, “you’ll get it in 3 days”, and every 3 days same answer. No one to talk to, th

If I could rate this office lower I would. Spent all day trying to pay 130 to start a policy. This office needs new management or better training. Why is the “manager” sitting around taking long breaks and the only person working is the Joanne girl. Watched the manager sit around for 30 minutes after her break doing nothing while the lobby has guest. Date is 4/11/2023 @2:52- 3:46. You can see they are desperate for help but to be this desperate is horrible. Just close the location and focus on the other stores if the insurance wasn’t so cheap would not be waisting time here. Will not be back once a traditional insurance picks me up for sure
