Horrible just horrible please train your employees on how to talk to talk to customers!! When asked for a manager oh we dnt have one that explains why they treat people the way they do

Obviously cheap insurance you get what you pay for, but overall helpful staff I didn’t have wifi they worked around it for registration & helped me print out documents when I lost my insurance paperwork pretty helpful

Experience was HORRIBLE. Went to add a car to my policy it took 45 minutes for the young man to add one car to my policy I also told him that I will be paying for 6 months like I always been for the past 7 years. So he finally after 45 minutes of waiting to add 1 car I paid and left. I never imagined he would call me back a couple of hours later telling me I had a balance to pay I immediately told him what was he talking bout if I told him I was paying for 6 months and he had already charged me. He said he had made a mistake and didn't charge me the correct amount. I was very disappointed because I left thinking that what I ask for is what I got and paid for.

Worst customer service. My husband went in to change his policy since he got a new car and she said she wouldn't have time to do it... why leave the door open if your not taking anymore customers. The Lady was so Rude.

Lazara assisted me even when there was only 5 minutes left before their office closed for the day. The staff here was highly professional and helped me understand the process of acquiring car insurance! 10/10 would go there again
