I met with Karen a few years ago. At that time, found her friendly and extremely knowledge about insurance. Unfortunately, back then, she was unable to give me a better price than what I already had. Fast forward to now; I reached out to Karen a few weeks ago, hoping she could give me quotes for insurance on my Home and Auto Insurance. I gave her all the information she needed for the quote, but unfortunately I never heard back, and am days away from my present policies automatically renewing. Just feel it's unfortunate I never heard back, and will never know if I might've missed the opportunity for a lower priced premium.
