Frank Campo: Allstate Insurance

I never do reviews but I am way overdue in writing the most positive review for Frank Campo Allstate Insurance. I have been with Frank and his team for close to 20 years and every single time my wife and I have a question or need something Frank and his team take 100% amazing care of us. We just purchased another car this weekend and yet again Frank and more specifically Matt (who has been there for years helping us) jump right into action and handle everything quickly, professionally and most importantly thoroughly. Sorry for this but Frank, Matt and anyone we have worked with at Frank Campo Allstate Insurance over the many years truly have made us feel that we are in "Good Hands"!!!!

Recently moved from Putnam to Westchester County. I did not choose the Campo agency he was assigned to me when my original agent retired. It's been a nightmare ever since. So I went online to pay my bill only to find out that the monthly payment increased by $130 a month. When I emailed him to find out why he said it was because of the move. No one ever told me this would happen when I called to change my address, I think they would know. Frank told me there's nothing he can do. And I've been with Allstate for over 2 decades with no accidents or tickets. Needless to say I'm now shopping for new car insurance. Steer clear of this agency especially the woman that works there. Totally obnoxious. And why does he only respond to the positive reviews

Where to begin?! Frankie is amazing! He has helped me and my family save so much money in car insurance, it’s unbelievable. Anyone I send to him, have nothing but great things to say. Recently I got into a little accident and my anxiety got the best of me. He helped me find a great auto-body shop and took care of the rental with ease. When he says, don’t worry about it, he literally meant don’t worry about it. Thank you for your tremendous service and continuous help! Highly recommend this office!

I've had Allstate home and auto insurance my entire life through local offices in several different states. However, special recognition needs to go to Frank Campo's office in Hastings-on-Hudson. The cost-saving advice provided by the staff on our policies, as well as their responsiveness to our inquiries, are unmatched.
