Franco is the BEST agent I have ever encountered. When the ball was continually dropped by claims, Franco worked hard on my behalf pitching the ball right back to claims. Unfortunately, this should have been an EZ short claim of attempted theft totaling only 2K; but instead, it was protracted for 5 months. As a client, I should have had the courtesy from State Farm Claims to process my claim in a timely fashion; however, State Farm Claims consistently miss-paid State Farm approved Caliber Collision & a towing company, Cross Country Motor Club for work not performed instead of justly reimbursing me or my auto mechanic for the work performed. Thank goodness Franco personally helped process my claim, although this is outside of Franco’s scope of work. State Farm Claims was completely negligen
