I just switched my auto and renters insurance over to Foy Insurance and I'm so happy I did. The agent I worked with was wicked helpful and super communicative throughout the whole process — he made everything easy to understand and got everything set up quickly. I ended up saving a ton on my premiums compared to my old policies.

The receptionist Laura, is incredibly rude. Consistently she has been short with me for not remembering who I spoke to last. In addition, I requested a homeowners quote and it's been 6 days without them returning my call.

Chris never called me back when i first started my journey to find auto insurance through Foy. I tried again and got in touch with Linda. I had to call again on my own to get the numbers. She never emailed me a copy of the quote so I could buy it. I reached out twice and left two voicemails, but she never got back to me. Thanks so much! REPLY TO OWNER: I called and left a message the following Monday, to tell her she had the incorrect Email, and to please call me back.

Cindy Hard with Foy Insurance has been so amazing to work with. She has helped with everything from the start of owning by business to selling it. Very responsive and helpful without getting frustrated at the repetitive emails and questions.
