I recently took out homeowners insurance on a home in Savannah that I hold mortgage on. All was well until I received a letter stating that my check was NSF ( it was not). When I inquired about it Rachel informed me that the policy was void bc of debris in yard and condition of home ( I don’t doubt that). What I don’t appreciate is the fact that the insurance was cancelled without me knowing it except I just happened to call. Her excuse was that they don’t have time to call every one! I had since sent them another policy ( that was accepted). I will not be doing business with Fountain Insurance again
