I've had a very pleasant experience each time. Their customer service is always curtious, they have always been kind and take the time to answer my questions. They have never been rude. And they have been the ones to give me the best quotes/prices in Brownsville.

The worse insurance company to go with trust me. I never renewed my policy because they become very expensive after I had them the first time. They then continued to deduct payments out of my account even though I found a better insurance company to go threw.

They did Auto draft after I cancelled, they were hardly in the office, and even luckier if the called you back. Three mis later, a letter to the CEO, and all they've done is refund me with a check they themselves cancelled. Worst customer svc eva

They do not accept payment.

Fortaleza Insurance is the worst experience ever, they are not professional and liars. After I canceled they just wanted to keep my money . I will fight for my money back!
