Foremost Insurance

My Grandmother used this company to insure her mobile home. When she became incapacitated with Alzheimer's I sold her home for her, and canceled her policy on 7/19/2023, retroactive to January 6, 2023, which was the date of the sale. I have text messages showing where I sent the Bill of Sale, and Power of Attorney, to them. I was told her policy was canceled, and that a refund check would be arriving. I was alerted today that they are still billing her, and sending the bills to her former Rep payee! When I called and finally got through, after much confusion in even locating the correct records, I was told they will not cancel because they don't have the Buyer's signature. In no way should this ludicrous

I have nothing to say about this company other then amazing things! I had a total loss on my home and this insurance company lived up to all they promised. I can’t thank them enough and feel truly blessed to have had them in my corner. Thank you Foremost, I would 1000% trust this company with my business again!

Been with foremost for years. Make a claim for wind damage to my roof, have two estimates done. Lady that took the claim said hell no to the quotes and said sorry your SOL.
