Foote Insurance Agency

I have had my car insurance with Foote Insurance for a few years now. Unexpectedly, our car insurance premium went up due to a company wide increase. Ross looked in all directions for better and cheaper options for us. If ever I have a concern or question about my policy or just a question in general, I know I can call Ross and get nothing less than perfect help and assistance. Love Foote Insurance! Not sure what those negative reviews are all about but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs :)

She made me feel like I was important and researched to find me the best policy to meet my needs. I have been really impressed by her quick response to answer my questions and help me in this transition. I highly recommend Foote Insurance.

This company saved me! I was in a unique situation and in need of a special type of insurance that I knew nothing about. I don’t even live in Utah but I’m moving and they were so kind and hospitable. They explained all the jargon to me and did all of the heavy lifting. It’s because of their help that I can move there sooner than later!

My car got hit last week while I was in the grocery store. The lady hit my car and then drove to the other side of the parking lot. The police came, caught the lady, and wrote a report. I contacted Foote Insurance Agency (the lady's insurance) and "opened a claim." After being contacted directly by the husband of the lady asking to settle out of insurance (but on his terms). I called Foote Insurance Agency again to follow up (three days later) only to find out that they never actually opened a claim. They told me that their customer had a "legal right" to settle this outside of insurance and that they couldn't open a claim without their client's permission.
