Laronda Reed has been a huge blessing to my company. She has been so helpful with the insurance process, she was able to get us a low premium and get us started. She is always a finger tip away when ever I have questions. Folsom Insurance is a definite yes for me.

The first four months were great—good price, great communication, everything smooth. Then everything fell apart. I called every single day for three weeks and kept being told the operations manager, ‘Decota,’ would call me back. He never did. I sent multiple emails and never got a single response. And then, out of nowhere, I find out my insurance was cancelled without any notice. After months of trust, this was a complete shock. Absolutely unprofessional. I don’t recommend them.

It only took two months to find the scam. The price was great, at first. Communication top notch, at first. Make a few payments and then comes the rug pull. Mid-policy rate hike of $3,500.00. A completely new down payment and 500 a month rate hike. Of course, it's no one's fault. No one understands. It's because of something I never knew anything about. Go figure. Whatever you do, run.

Absolutely terrible experience with them. We had our policy cancelled without a single phone call, email, or any clear communication from them. We were left completely unaware until we discovered the cancellation ourselves, which is unacceptable for any business.
