Well, over the years I have pretty much had one insurance agent. He has helped my family with personal insurance and business insurance. In fact, I am almost certain that all of my extended family and several buddies have moved most if not all of their insurance over to my agent as well. When I need something, he gets it done. When I have questions, he gets them answered. When I have a problem, he finds a solution. When rates increase he works to minimize my increase or helps me prepare for the uptick. When we opened our company a few years ago, we called him. His industry knowledge was incredibly helpful and as a result, we love our agent and FNIC!!!

I don't see a point in using an insurance broker these days. My rates are constantly going up, they're not shopping around on my behalf, and when it comes time to file a claim, they said "Just call the company yourself, they want to cut out the middleman!"

My boss , ED,, took me to his insurance office . His guy Was still gone on a hunting trip In africa. I am so jealous I want to go there badly. But their customer service top manager helped us, Big guy, who is getting the trip to Hawaii. Told us how we do it, to get full coverage on my car paid for by his company. Basically, hes going to lose my car for a dollar. A monto give me, well Ed, insurable interest. I will update when we go back and sign that paper. I still love their landscaping also outside and then inside. One of the security guys told me I could take what I wanted...😅🤣

I was dealing with Traci, so I cannot speak for the other agents. She would not return my calls, and she would not give me rates on my policy with a different deductible. She did not switch the policy we had to my name only when I asked her to. She was consistently out of the office. We had set up a day when I would call her at 3:30 when I got off work, but she did not answer my call. I understand that both rioting and COVID-19 are issues, I am an RN working through this crisis, so her working at home doesn’t really prevent her from answering the phone. With no answers, I just got quotes from other companies that answered my questions, gave me price options, better deals, and were available. I had to go through her associate to get my policy canceled, even then she still had not done the

Heath and FNIC were fantastic to work with!! He was very responsive and always provided us the answers we needed… we had had the same insurance for a long time and were afraid to switch… we saved a lot of money and the process was seamless thx to Heath and his team!! Highly recommend!!
