This experience showed me exactly what kind of agency this is — one that does not fight for its clients. My policy was handled through Summit Insurance with Farmers Mutual Insurance of Nebraska, and the lack of advocacy and communication was shocking. I was told to make a $14 payment to avoid cancellation, despite being paid in full for six months. I paid it immediately. The very next day, I was informed — via calls placed minutes before closing — that my policy had actually been canceled weeks earlier, on February 5th. That was the first time I was told. From there, no one took ownership. No urgency. No effort to protect the client. I was told notices were mailed, but no proof was provided, and nothing was received. My furnace went out during a cold snap on a Saturday. Thankfully I had purchased equipment breakdown coverage. Shortly after I turned in the claim on Monday, Janelli Fusha contacted me and I had a check in my hand by Friday to replace my furnace. Very happy with the prompt service and professionalism.

Horrible! They will steal you money if you get a motorcycle policy. If you cancel it at any time, even 3 days into the policy, you do not get a refund of premium paid. I don't understand how this is legal or how they get away with it, but it is their policy. It doesn't matter how much you've paid or how much time you have left on your coverage period, they keep you money. It is highway robbery and should be illegal. I am shocked they get away with it. And I am going to write the state legislature and insurance commission to find out exactly how it is possible. I will NEVER use this company again and will be telling everyone I know, including every social outlet I belong to, what thieves they are.

True has been a great help on finding a great Insurance company for us. We appreciate him alot. It's nice that they have Veterans discount cause nobone does that anymore.

My uncle recently passed away, and while we were working through his estate, a payment was missed on his rental property insurance — simply because we had no idea which company held the policy. Without a single phone call, received mailed notice, or email, the company canceled his policy. When I called to reinstate it, I was told they didn’t know if or when they would insure his property again. I explained that the only reason the payment was missed was because my uncle had died, yet they showed no urgency, compassion, or willingness to help. This is how they treated a decorated fireman and long-time loyal customer. No grace period, no outreach, no human decency. Their customer service was cold, dismissive, and unhelpful.
