Flynn & Associates Insurance

I just switched to Flynn & Associates Insurance to handle all my insurance needs and I couldn't be happier. Jim was very professional and prompt in providing Erie insurance policy options. I chose Flynn & Associates and Erie Insurance effective 3/7/2026 as they offered the same coverage as my current provider at double digit lower prices with excellent customer service.

I’m not one to write reviews, nor am I one to get easily “butt hurt”, however after having the bad customer service I had with this company, I figured I have to. I submitted my information for an auto insurance quote through eerie insurance’s website - they had sent my information over to James Flynn for him to be my agent. I called the gentleman to see how much a rough estimate would be for my insurance policy and when he picked up the phone he already sounded like he didn’t want to talk to me nor did he sound like he was even interested in gaining a new customer. He told me that I needed to contact the policy agent that I currently have for my current plan, after explaining to him that I want to open up a new policy and contacting my current agent is not ideal, he said to me in a very a
