FLORIDA INSURANCE ONE AGENCY

I took insurance for the Kia this insurance company the young lady was very polite and I got a good rate with progressive and I have made six phone calls and left messages for this young lady to call me as I have questions and concerns and no one‘s called so I hope that that’s the type of service. I’m not going to get. I regret doing business with them because they haven’t returned the call and they’re very unwelcoming when I speak to the whoever answers the phone.

I was assisted by Jhoddy Pineda who was very professional in carrying out her duties. She was very patient with me when I was unable to email the document she needed to her and guided me through the process as l am no good where computers are concerned. Thanks again Jhoddy, keep up the good work.

I can't say enough about the service and follow up that Lisa provided!!!! Extraordinary!! She shared information and gave me several plan options. Then she helped me thru the process and made sure all was correct. When there was a glitch w/ Health Sherpa, she guided me and all was resolved. I am so grateful for her assistance and sound advice!! We even started conversation about Medicare which I will be starting later in 2021. She knows her business and is very very responsive. Great follow up.
