Both McNeill and at least one agent are rude, self-righteous and have poor listening skills to set it all in motion. New customers can improve the quality of customer service at this location by recording all conversations and submitting discrepancies to THE CHAMBER of COMMERCE with your complaint.

I have used FFB for three years for my car insurance. Two weeks ago I received notice that my insurance was going to be terminated due to lack of payment (I believed I had autopay set up). I called them before the termination and no one answered and never called me back. After trying to get ahold of them for a week they finally called me back and said they were going to reinstate me. It has been two weeks and no changes or contact. In the mean time I am paying exorbitant prices with another company due to my break in coverage. Although Sean is listed as my representative, he has not returned any of my phone calls or spoken with me once through out this whole process. I do not recommend you waste your time with their poor customer service and inability to answer their phones.

I am only giving him 1 star because I cannot give him zero. I stayed with him for years due to convenience and should have left years ago. I strongly encourage you to go to ANYONE else. His entire office is rude, patronizing, and you will never get a return call. For people who work in customer service, he and his entire office staff are shockingly surly and incompetent.
