Florida Blue Center - Tallahassee

How anyone could complain about this gem of a place is beyond me. They don’t have anything like this anywhere else. In NJ we didn’t even know where they were located or if the people we were talking to were even local. I have driven to this location at least 3 times and each time they handled either a problem I was having or answered questions. They are knowledgeable about everything to do with BCBS. They save so much time for me. They are all nice there. They have FREE classes and seminars there daily. Stuff like Pilates that cost money anywhere else. People should rate the center itself and not their individual insurance plans. Maybe if you visited this place you would have found out why you had a problem with your plan.

Only been insured for about a month if even that and gonna expeditiously cancel! I’d rather pay more cash a month for a different provider than to deal w Florida Blue and their BS! The absolute worse oh and no one is ever available to answer the phone. Good luck because this company is nothing more than FAKE!!

Demterius was a huge help these past months, can't recommend him enough. Very personable and knowledgeable. Had set up a plan and when it increased at the beginning of the year, I was given the run around over the phone on my options, but after going in person and sitting down with him, he clearly walked me through all available options and set me up with a great plan and even helped me when I moved to a new city in terms of what I had to do to set things up here.

Went to their health fair today. It was awesome. I received my booster and a flu shot. They have great plans so if you need health insurance or know someone that does, I suggest contacting them.

Dont Spend the Money On it Because they Cancel the Policy nd still charging the Money every month. When you Go to Doctor then you Will know that This Policy Is No Longer active and after that When we Called they Gonna Make excuse that nothing we Can do.
