Florida Blue Center - Sanitas North Monroe

This is a HUGE shout out to Alondra. She did something today in about 20 minutes that took me almost 2 days to do over a year ago. It TOTALLY blew me away how fast she took care of everything. Amazing customer service!!! And... genuine. You can definitely tell when someone is just there, because it's a job. Not here. If management reads reviews... she is a huge asset!! If you need a GREAT contact, that will help you in a heartbeat... call or go see Alondra. She will be happy to help you and do it RIGHT. I've had Florida Blue for years, and I can't stress enough how important it is to have a good contact that knows what they're doing. A GREAT experience. Can't thank her enough.

Alondra is the best at North Monroe. She is a great Florida Blue Rep and is so knowledgeable. Alondra is so kind to all the patients and very friendly. Keep up the great work ☺️

I visited the Center in April with a billing issue. After spending about an hour at the center, Alondra stated she'd follow-up. Two weeks later, I followed up via email, as I didn't hear back from her. As of now, I haven't received a status update regarding the said billing issue, an issue that hasn't been resolved since February this year.

I want you all to know that they have denied several medically necessary procedures because they did not want to pay the fees. My doctor knew I needed it when finding a mass in my stomach. They sent me for an abdominal scan that cost over $1000. They denied the claim and appeal. I could not eat or drink and lost 60 pounds in four months. But people who never met or examined me at BCBS decided not to pay. Be careful of BCBS
