Some days we are torn. I don’t like to put energy into negative things, I’m torn to do so but today I will. A beautiful day outside was spent spending hours ( literally, 3 hrs) on the phone with Insurance Coordinators for my various specialists who require pre - authorizations, referrals, ….etc. (They were all on file already but my insurance company hastily made changes based upon greed and caused chaos). It started after a terrifying hour, on a call with my insurance provider- Florida Blue through Blue Cross and Blue Shield. (this 1st hour brings the total to 4 hours). (Sounds to me like you could be the trigger for my anxiety with a panic attack). Then, I finally got my entire health care team - office by office - updated so there would be no upcoming confusion with my follow ups, l

DAVID!!!! David was genuinely the most amazing individual I have ever come across in my whole life. He took the time to patiently find the best plans for me, and ended up finding me the best price for my coverage that i didn’t even think was possible. He never rushed my decision at any point, and was extremely polite and professional with his work. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends and making sure they visit David!!

I have never had better customer service than I have with Brenda at Florida Blue in Rivercity. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I could never express how grateful I am for her. Brenda Jackson has went ABOVE & BEYOND for our family. She takes care of everything for you, stays on top of everything, remembers your situation the moment you start talking to her, takes all of your stress away, and has so much knowledge. There’s so much you can mess up with all of the insurance applications and she takes all of that off of you. She has even been on two phone calls with me to take care if issues and has also contacted our pediatrician office regarding billing issues. I could go on and on. CHECK THEM OUT AND BE SURE TO USE BRENDA JACKSON.

Ooooo Man what a great environment and place, with very helpful and friendly people. I went in completely clueless and nervous about solving some health care insurance issues With my mother and was met by the dynamic duo of Brenda Jackson And Enrique Villanueva. They offered drinks, fun conversation, and so much knowledge and insight into health insurance with their company and the entire health marketplace. So if they read this my mother and I just want to thank Brenda and Enrique once again for the help. and if anyone visits this Florida blue branch, definitely request Brenda or Enrique, and know that you will be getting the most excellent service.
