Had the pleasure of meeting Adianez , super nice & personable . She is a book of knowledge reg. FL Blue insurance questions. Took her time to explain everything I had a question about & printed everything out for my convenience. So much better in person than a phone call. She is my go-to person, thank you!

its almost impossible to find an english speaking doctor in here. It is evident that this place exist to milk the insurance. You come in to doctors who are rude. I tried to explain my situation and the nurse was getting angry that i was talking more than she expected. I left with no answers to my problems. Also, the girl who draws the blood is really aggressive with the needle. It felt like she was trying to get the needle to come out from the other side of my arm.

Worst place around and yes this is the one closest to my house so it is not like I can go anywhere else. ALL employees speak only spanish and the ones who attempt English dont do it very well so messages given are wrong. Last time I looked Florida was still an English speaking state. Hold your perscription refills hostage so you have to come in then make you wait 2 bours to ne seen and think that this is the norm. I was personally told by a doctor (Racheal Vallejo) that I would be wrong to expect to get out before an hour at any doctor visit I went to. Boy are they wrong....it seems to be just with Florida Blue doctors. Now I know why it is so cheap and "affordable insurance". Good old Obama Care strikes again.

Went with my husband for his knee , every one was professional and knowledgeable but it was so cold . Overall had a great experience

The office is the size of a closet. Two people inside, both unhelpful.
