I was referred to Sally Bley with a simple question, but was met with rudeness. The experience was humiliating. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone who expects basic respect.
Had them for years and they couldn't give us a good deal. I asked for discounts and only thing I heard was im sorry there's nothing more we can do you have all the discounts we can give you so I put out on Facebook that I was looking for insurance and I was told to go to Progressive I did and they were able to give me not only the very same coverage but a discount of $1894 a year and dropped a ticket I had which was going to be taken off end of May I was told by them I had to wait til October when the policy was renewed Progressive eliminated it because it was close to being off my license WOW !! Now that's a over the top insurance company..I guess someone won't be padding their pockets anymore
The agent is courteous and thorough. The communication is excellent and they got us a honest deal on our insurance. What more can you ask for?
