If you're looking for the most professional service but provided with a sincere, personal touch, I would recommend Fish Johnson. They are thorough and have their customer's best interests at heart. Randy Johnson and staff are personable, easy to communicate with, and follow through. No question is too small or too silly - they will explain things with respect and patience. They also will always tailor the best insurance provider to meet your changing needs, such as our new teen driver be adding to our policy. I have been with them since my very first car and am now 51 years old! There is - in my eyes - no competitor I would choose over them. This level of customer commitment is hard to find in today's world.

Tina is extremely unhelpful and will not answer your questions but instead make you feel stupid. First off, the policy was $200 more than it was supposed to be and she said that was just normal with little to no explanation. I thought I had cancelled a policy over the phone with Tina, since that is what she told me, but a week later I find out that the policy is still active and I still don't have my money back, and ended up having to just call Progressive to cancel. Overall super unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Wasted my time and $50 for a cancellation fee for literally no reason.

They are nice people, very cooperative and treat others with respect. Prices are higher than bargain competitors but Fish-Johnson delivers that hometown small community feeling like you are a person not just a number.

The agents here are really great to work with. I like that they are an independent agency so they can offer several insurance companies to meet your needs. If you are shopping for insurance, give them a call!
