They don't help patients find doctors that are truly accepting this insurance and/or accepting new pts. And they choose to keep a specific Dr on as a provider that has left many minor children without mental health care, also said Dr refuses to sign any release that would authorize another Dr to take over their treatment because he'd rather force them to have to work thru TPC, when all the other required services aren't necessary due to receiving those same services thru another agency. So in turn there are children left without mental health care and this insurance won't do anything to address the Dr or pull the contract with said Dr... Absolute WORST insurance comapny. They give a list of providers covered, and when you go to your doctor, they don't accept it, like many great doctors don't. Customer service line will have no calls in front of you, you still have to wait 6 minutes to speak with someone. The Find-a-provider site is not accurate at all, either. Good luck finding the correct doctor for your needs. If I could leave NO STARS I would.

Scam company. Their website claims that they provide high quality, affordable healthcare to the communities they serve. Yet, they refuse to approve insulin for their patients without prior authorization (which is simply a scam for the CEO to increase his salary from probably 50M a year to 51M a year. This is a medication needed otherwise people will end up in DKA and possibly die. But they don't care as long as they can increase their profits.

Did not receive cards in a timely manner and our provider could not find prof of insurance online. As of yet no response to email request (48 hours). Spent 15 minutes on phone and left voice mail. No response. After holding for an hour a rep answered and said they woul transfer me to someone who could help and put me right back to the beginning of the loop of recorded questions with prompts to push numers. If not for the fact that they took my money out of the bank I would not be sure they really existed. Rating them one star because no stars isn't an option.

Very good customer service and health plans you pay a $40 copay $60 specialist zero deductible it costs about $1,700 a month but worth every penny without having to pay high deductibles available through firstcare. Would recommend this health insurance!
