When I had newly moved to town, they shopped around and were able to get me significantly cheaper insurance than I had had prior on my pickup and home. The folks there also took the initiative twice to ask about my status and both times they actually caught changes that were able to either lessen the cost of my insurance or knew of a product that would better serve my new situation.
