Jon has been so helpful. He has spent literally countless hours with me, helping me weigh my options. Even after all of the time he spent, he recommended staying with my current policies. I find it very refreshing that someone in business for themselves would be honest with me and recommend what he truly felt was the best option for my family, even if it meant not getting the business. I wish all salespeople were like this. I would highly recommend this business.

Jon Firey and Mercury Insurance the Grinch’s that stole my Xmas !!! I was a customer of this insurance company for 5 years!! I never made one claim on my home insurance policy!!! But always paid in and on time. Because of hardships I had to sell my home. I had paid a full years insurance to Jon and Mercury and was only asking for MY money back. I called Jon over 6 times to remind him to follow up with Mercury Insurance!!! As he was my agent, and I thought he was supposed to fight for my interest. I literally have waited a full year for this money. It was promised me it would be sent before Xmas this year. So for the first time in 4 years I planed to go see my kids, grandson, and family for Xmas and was going to use MY money back from my overpayments to Jon and Mercury Insurance. Well for
