I did not appreciate having no-one answer the bell despite my waiting for 15 minutes before closing. During this time 3 people popped their heads up then hid. I eventually discovered that the they cease answering the door at a quarter of so they can wrap up paperwork. The only one decent enough to answer was an African American man heading home on his bicycle from within the office. Think about putting up a sign, please. Street fairs delayed my bus by 30-40 minutes! Fortunately, area Chinese looks great!
