I had a really positive experience here, the customer service didn’t disappoint. The blonde lady at the front desk was so friendly and genuinely helpful for start to finish. She took her time, explained everything clearly, answered all the questions I had with patience and made what could have been a stressful visit feel like a breath of fresh air. I also want to note that while I was waiting for someone to solve an issue with my insurance, I picked up how organized and capable the blonde lady is (I didn’t catch her name, sorry about that!). She was simultaneously coordinating people based on their language needs, which is very important. She wasn’t just sitting at the computer desk- she was anticipating issues, keeping things organized and making sure everyone was directed appropriately.
