Rates have many factors and variables so with an elite company like Allstate you 1000% get what you pay for compared to any bargain insurance company that may not come close to level of protection other companies claim to provide. Allstate does thing the right way and so does Fernando and his staff. They will treat you like FAMILY where as the competitors will treat you as a policy # or lack the priceless generational experience & dedication. Accidents happen and when they do, you will be in GOOD HANDS with Fernando Fernandez and his staff.

5/10/2025, Would I be getting refund for the amount I have paid over the years as you are mentioning, I was not a customer of yours? I've been a client for few years, but unfortunately, the service has significantly declined. The correspondence is extremely slow — I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. Most recently, this lack of communication resulted in the lapse of my auto insurance policy, and I was not given any information or notice ahead of time. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As a long-time client, I expected better reliability and support.

Throughout my experience with Allstate, they have been very receptive to all my questions and needs. From providing home and car insurance to also currently holding a life policy for my children. There is one thing that really stands out to me in the Fernandez Allstate Agency. It is their excellence in customer service. As we know, rates change continuously, but the customer service and attentiveness to those constant changes they provide for myself and family doesn’t match any other it is 5 star. So thank you for a great experience Mr. Fernandez.

Notice that Allstate took over a year to finally respond to their customers about screwing them with the crazy rates they were charging. Why exactly would I want to go back to a company that has taken over a year to respond. There are many options out there who provide great value and customer service. I have been with this company for a few years now. Every renew they premium goes up by over $1000.00. I love the last letter they sent, trying to blame this on inflation. lets be clear inflation is happening but not at the rate of 66% over a 6 month period. Obviously I will be moving my insurance needs to another group and getting away from this place. I can not recommend this insurance agent to anyone at this point.
