Receptionist was very rude and hung up when I kindly asked to speak with the person in charge of business development or network development. She should not be answer the phone. Bad for business!

Dan Zotolli was very helpful and went out of his way to provide me with the best information to help me make my decision. He always checked up to make sure that I understood the insurance process and policy I was getting. He would answer quickly whenever I had a question and would set up a phone meeting to make sure that my questions were answered in full. I appreciate everything he did for me and a glad to be working with him.

Our experience with FDAS has been great. Understanding that insurance matters can be difficult to navigate, our rep Dennis, has been an educational resource to help us make the right decisions as it pertains to life & disability insurance. His knowledge, service and professionalism is top notch.
